Hey there! I'm Drew, owner of B-Roll Bride and founder of Werd Media Co.
I planned my own wedding in 2022 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and absolutely loved every second of it. From timelines to tiny details, I went full planner mode, and my type-A self loved the process.
After my wedding, I couldn't shake the feeling that I wanted to keep doing this. Not just for myself, but for other couples navigating the same decisions, the same excitement, the same chaos. I wasn't a photographer. I wasn't a planner. But content creation? That's my specialty!
That's why I created B-Roll Bride.

creating content since '16
My background in content creation started in 2016 in the beauty world, where I learned what makes people stop scrolling, what feels authentic, and how to capture moments that resonate. I've spent the last 10 years creating intentional, social-ready content in ad agencies, and now, my own boutique social media agency. But, it still wasn't giving me that wedding fix.
Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Michigan (and now based here!), I'm passionate about helping brides capture their day in a way that's real, intentional, and unforgettable.
From a former bride to a future bride: I get it. Let's make sure your day is remembered the way it deserves to be.
My wedding flowers are tattooed on my right arm (my creative arm) as a full sleeve. It's an ode to my past bride self, a reminder of how much my wedding day meant to me, and the promise made to my husband.
That's the perspective I bring to your day. The same passion, the same care, the same commitment to making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
A family member captured our first look on their phone without us knowing. It's grainy, shaky, and far from perfect, but it's one of the most special behind-the-scenes memories we have.
While we waited for our gorgeous professional photos and wedding video to arrive, we spent weeks rewatching this little clip alone, reliving that exact feeling over and over.
Although not as cinematic as our professional film, these behind-the-scenes moments mattered so much when the wedding-day high was still present.
That's when it clicked for me.
And B-Roll Bride was born.
